Smooth but a Bit Confusing Process Overall
Starting with the sign-up, everything went mostly smoothly, but I wasn't sure at first how my payment details matched to my account until I got confirmation emails. The invoicing system itself is clear, laying out the fees and due dates understandably, which makes planning easier. I did have to reach out to support when a minor billing alert popped up, and though they were helpful, the line was busy initially, so I waited a while. My question was answered well when I finally got through, but it made me wonder if I'll want to double-check stuff again next time I pay. The overall workflow seems fine for routine payments once you’re familiar, yet the initial hurdles could use some simplification or clearer instructions beforehand. I don't think I'll struggle endlessly with it, but having some help on standby might always be needed for me. The process felt like it worked as advertised, but with moments of uncertainty that could have been avoided with improved communication or guidance.
