Smooth billing steps but missed a confirmation page
I really liked the orderly flow of the billing and payment setup on the WFHI platform. Signing up was straightforward, and invoicing was integrated well within the user interface so there was no confusion about what to do next. It all felt logically arranged, which made the process feel less stressful. The steps progressed naturally from entering details to confirmation, and this structure helped me stay confident about each stage. However, one thing I noticed instantly was the absence of a final review or confirmation page before making payments. I feel having that extra screen to double-check all inputs would be a good safety net against mistakes. Apart from that, the automatic updates ensured payment features stayed current without manual intervention, which is always a bonus. Telephonic support during the billing process was informative and friendly too. Overall, the experience was positive and easy to navigate, but to perfect the flow, adding a confirmation step would be the only thing missing from an otherwise excellent payment setup sequence.
