Smooth and reassuring support, though a little slow sometimes
My experience with the support and communication side was overall very positive. When I ran into issues, the telephonic support team handled things with patience and a good level of professionalism. They listened carefully and tried to resolve problems promptly. There was one moment where the response time was slower than I would have liked, which made me a bit anxious, but their follow-up was thorough and polite. What impressed me was that even when a hiccup occurred with the dialer tool, they didn’t just brush it off but made sure I felt informed and supported throughout. The overall feeling was one of reassurance, and it made using the software much less stressful than I expected from such technical setups. I do wish the updates could be a bit faster, but that’s a minor point in an otherwise smooth experience.
