Slow start might not suit everyone
Initially, I found the pre-purchase phase quite slow and somewhat frustrating. The sign-up process was straightforward, but getting started with the actual software took longer than I expected. After first signing up, it was a few days before I received access to the key features. The training was available, but the scheduling and onboarding flow felt overly drawn out. It seemed like there were several waiting periods between steps that could have been compressed for efficiency. For someone who prefers a quick ramp-up, this approach might not be ideal. That said, once I got going, the dialer and database functions were reasonably smooth to use and the telephonic support was responsive when I called. But the delay before actually starting meant my enthusiasm dipped a bit. This system would probably suit those who don’t mind a patient, slower onboarding process but may frustrate users looking for a fast turnaround from sign-up to full use.
