Slow start hampered initial impressions
My experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase setup left me feeling underwhelmed largely because of the time it took to get things moving. I had hoped that after signing up, the process to start using the software, especially the calling tools and database, would be quicker. Unfortunately, from the initial contact to seeing the software fully operational, there were delays I hadn’t anticipated. The onboarding flow wasn’t as streamlined as I expected, causing a fair bit of waiting and minor confusion about next steps. Telephonic support was available but didn’t quite speed things up as much as I needed. On a positive note, once things finally started, the software itself worked fairly well and had useful features I could appreciate. Still, that early lag sets the tone and frankly made me wary about committing more time initially. It could well suit others, but for me, the slow start was enough to temper enthusiasm.
