Simply put: software explanations were poor and confusing

I found the overall software and onboarding not clear at all. The access steps were complicated to follow, with very vague instructions on how to setup the calling tools and use the dialer effectively. The database feature seemed promising but it wasn’t well explained, which left me guessing on what to do next. Even though the payment and sign-up process worked without problems, the lack of clear explanations elsewhere made it practically unusable for me. While the telephonic support exists, the responses sometimes were technical and didn’t help simplify things as I needed. The automatic updates seemed to change things without informing properly, causing confusion. I understand that some people may find it helpful, but it just didn’t work for me because clarity was missing at crucial onboarding points. So, my verdict is straightforward: explanations weren’t sufficient at all and made me frustrated throughout the process.
