Simply did not make sense

Honestly, I was really confused by the labels and wording on the software. I tried to understand what each option meant during sign-up and it all felt like gibberish sometimes. For instance, the database feature had labels that seemed technical but were not explained anywhere clearly, so I got stuck. I expected some sort of onboarding that would walk me through, but the training materials didn’t clarify these terms either. Even when I tried the calling tools, the buttons and dialer options were labeled in ways that felt inconsistent. This made me doubt if I was using it wrong or if the software was just complicated. I’m usually okay with new stuff but here it felt frustrating because the words didn’t seem to fit what the feature actually did. Also, invoices and payment process had labels that didn’t seem intuitive, and I had to keep guessing which option to select. Overall, the labeling and wording didn’t work well for me — it just left me more confused than confident about the whole setup. I ended up feeling like I wasted my time trying to figure out what the words meant instead of actually using the product.
