Simple verdict: okay wait, but not too bad
Honestly, from what I saw, the sales and pre-purchase process was pretty straightforward despite a few moments of waiting and repeated explanations. I had to wait on calls a couple of times, which felt annoying because I’d already asked my questions earlier. Some info was repeated in follow-ups, making me think they could streamline their communication a bit more. But on the bright side, everyone I spoke with was friendly and tried to be helpful, responding patiently. Signing up and getting the invoice was clean and hassle-free once the process got rolling, so not much problem there. Overall, I feel I wasn’t held up too long, just that a bit less waiting and repetition could improve things. Still, I’d say the experience was fine enough to recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind a little pause here or there during onboarding. It just wasn’t super smooth but also not complicated enough to make it a pain point.
