Simple and straightforward overall experience
Navigating the software to find what I needed was generally pretty easy. I could locate the database feature and dialer tools quickly without hunting through too many menus. The user interface felt clean, which helped me avoid wasting time on unnecessary clicks. There was one moment though when I wasn’t sure how to access the automatic updates section, and it took a short search to find it. But overall, the setup and onboarding flow didn’t involve too many confusing steps. Signing up was also smooth enough, and I got the invoices promptly, which made payment straightforward. I liked that I didn’t have to deal with overly complicated jargon or unnecessary options when using the software daily. It felt like a well-organized system that mostly worked as expected with little hassle.
