The training and onboarding process felt quite simple overall. From the moment I signed up, I was able to locate the modules and necessary resources without wasting time on complicated menus. It was easy to find the exact training materials I needed to start understanding the software and workflows. The initial login and setup didn’t cause confusion or require extensive back and forth. There was one small hiccup where the database feature wasn’t linked directly in the welcome screen, meaning I had a brief delay locating the right area to upload and manage contacts. Aside from that, everything else was easy and efficient. They didn’t overcomplicate things or flood me with irrelevant info, which was good. The focus was on getting users operational quickly rather than overloading with tutorials. I appreciated this straightforward approach, as it suits people who don’t have time to waste in learning unnecessary steps. All in all, it felt like a hassle-free onboarding experience, except for that minor detail with database navigation which could be improved.
