Signup to onboarding took longer than expected
The process from sales to onboarding with WFHI was interesting but not exactly as efficient as I had hoped. The steps generally followed a logical order: initial signup, invoicing, then access to training and software. However, I found that the onboarding itself took a bit longer due to needing several clarifications along the way. While the invoicing and payment process was very smooth and prompt, gaining full access to the calling tools and database features took some additional waiting and support requests. This slowed down how quickly I could start utilizing the software fully. On the plus side, once all was set, the software performed well, the dialer and database proved effective, and the automatic updates kept everything current with minimal fuss. The telephonic support, though responsive, was a little limited in the depth of guidance provided during onboarding, which impacted the speed. Looking back, I think the sequence could be refined for speed without sacrificing clarity. Taking more time up front to walk through every element might speed up actual usage later. In sum, the total time involved was longer than expected — a mixed but manageable experience overall.
