Signup process was clear, but I had to figure out most software details myself
My experience before purchasing WFHI’s software was mixed because while the sign-up and invoicing were straightforward and well-explained in advance, I found that a lot of the product’s finer points I had to work out on my own. There was minimal guidance about how the database feature might integrate with my existing workflow, and the training information available initially seemed quite generic instead of tailored. Sales communications focused mostly on pricing and contractual details rather than on how the software operated day-to-day, which left me to discover many things through trial and error. On the positive side, the billing and payments process was simple and transparent, which relieved some concerns. Overall, I felt the onboarding could have been more thorough because I struggled to piece together how the calling tools and dialer could be best used in practice. This learning curve made my early use less smooth than expected, and I mostly learned through personal experimentation rather than directed support.
