I thought getting started with the software would be pretty smooth, but it turned out to take quite a bit of effort to get everything set up right. The onboarding flow was a mix of helpful prompts and moments where I just wasn’t sure what to do next. Once I got past the initial steps, I appreciated how the dialer and calling tools worked as expected during calls, which made routine tasks easier. However, when it came to using the database feature, I found it a bit clunky and not as intuitive as I hoped. The automatic updates did keep the software fresh, but occasionally they interfered with my workflow, which was a bit frustrating. I think if I choose to use WFHI again, I’ll probably seek some assistance during the early stages because it definitely wasn’t as straightforward as I imagined. Overall, it’s a mixed bag: good in parts, a little rough around the edges in others, so I’m on the fence about the next round of setup.
