Signing up took way too long, felt like stuck in loop
I was pretty excited to try out this platform but man, the whole sign-up thing dragged on so much. I kept getting stuck on the same page trying to fill payment details. It felt like the system kept asking me to re-enter the same info again and again which was super frustrating. The invoices were not immediately available either which meant extra waiting. On the phone, the support did try to help, but even they seemed unsure about why the delay kept happening, which didn’t boost my confidence at all. There was a lot of back and forth and honestly, I felt like I was just wasting time rather than moving forward. The waiting and repeating steps put me off a bit and made me question if this would be any easier once actually using the software. Definitely not the smooth start I was hoping for.
