Signing up took way longer than expected
Looking back, the whole sales and pre-purchase process took a lot more time than what I anticipated, and honestly it was quite frustrating. Initially, I thought signing up and getting the software ready would be a quick straightforward process I could manage alongside my regular routine. But fitting the onboarding and training around my work hours was tough because sessions seemed scheduled assuming a typical 9 to 5 availability. I ended up waiting for certain live training slots multiple times, which slowed down getting started. The sign-up process itself was also slower than expected—there were some delays in invoicing and confirmation emails that meant I couldn't begin using the dialer or database software without more back and forth over a couple of days. This stretched out the time needed to feel fully set up and comfortable navigating the tools. Overall, while the product looked promising, the drawn-out timings and lack of flexibility in fitting around my actual work schedule make it less ideal. Reflecting on it now, I'd have hoped for a faster, smoother initial experience.
