Signing up and setting up took longer than I thought
The sign-up and onboarding process with WFHI software took more time than I had initially anticipated. The initial steps were fairly straightforward with clear directions, but as I progressed through training and started using the dialer and database features, I realized I needed additional time to adjust to some terminologies and labels which were initially confusing. Although the wording mostly made sense, there were occasional moments where I had to pause and rethink to ensure I was selecting the right options. The automatic updates were mostly seamless, but a few times they altered functionalities that made me retrace my steps to relearn certain workflows. On the plus side, telephonic support was quite helpful whenever I called, and the invoicing and payment processes were easy to follow once I got past the initial unfamiliarity. Overall, while the time taken was more than expected, especially due to the wording and labels causing brief slowdowns, I ended up appreciating the product for the flexible ways it could be tailored to suit my remote workflow needs.
