Signed up fine but then handling issues thoda slow lag raha tha
Main ne WFHI ko sign up kar liya aur payment process bhi normal tha, invoice time pe mila tha, jo theek hi tha. Par jab software ya dialer mein issues aaye toh support thoda slow response kar raha tha lagta hai. Phone pe baat karne mein kabhi kabhi wait zyada ho jaata hai, aur dobara explain karna padta hai same problem bar bar. Automatic updates bhi kuch baar iss liye problem create karte hain ki ye changes ke baare mein advance mein clear nahi hota, jisse mujhe chutkara nahi milta. Database feature use karna toh theek hai, par jab confusion hota hai toh turant solution nahi milta. Agar ye part thoda aur quick aur clear hota toh overall experience betar hota. Mujhe ye samajh mein aata hai ki sab process automation hai, par support response time aur update communication mein improvement zaroor honi chahiye. Otherwise sab theek tha, par jab problem aaye toh waqt lena thoda frustrating tha, ye hi main cheez hai jo mujhe zyada pasand nahi aayi.
