Sign-up was smooth but some training parts lagged

I started out with high hopes since the marketing and pre-purchase info looked promising. The sign-up and invoicing process actually matched exactly what I expected and went smoothly without any troubles. That definitely went well and made me hopeful the rest would be just as straightforward. However, once I got to the training modules and onboarding flow, it didn’t all go as well as I’d thought. Some parts felt outdated or not very engaging, making it harder for me to stay interested and focused. The database feature claimed to make remote workflows easier, but I found it a bit clunky in real use, especially during busy days. Also, the dialer tool was fine for calls but occasionally lagged or froze, which was frustrating during important connections. On the positive side, the telephonic support was responsive and sometimes helped clear up my doubts quickly. I appreciate that, but it felt like the software itself needed more polish considering the professional positioning. Overall I’m on the fence about this. The onboarding and sales steps were fine, no surprises, but the training and software usability part definitely did not meet my expectations quite fully. I hope they keep developing and improving the less smooth parts. Until then, it’s a mixed bag for me.
