Sign-Up To Use Took Longer Than Expected, Like Always
Compared to other setups I’ve tried before, WFHI’s sign-up and usage flow definitely took more effort than I expected. The invoicing was simple enough, but the onboarding training felt like a repeated explanation of basics I’d already handled with other platforms. The software itself had some useful features, especially the database and dialer, but navigating through the calling tools felt sometimes sluggish. The automatic updates could have been better communicated; I had to figure out some changes on my own. Support was decent but didn’t stand out from similar services I’ve dealt with. Honestly, it took a longer stretch of time to fully get comfortable compared to what feels normal to me. I’m not saying it was hard, just that it definitely demanded attention and patience. So, while there was value, the effort required meant I’m reserved in how much I’d enthusiastically recommend it without reservations.
