Sign-up terms didn’t match expectations
I expected straightforward language during the pre-purchase phase but what I encountered was a jumble of vague phrases. The labels on the sign-up page sounded simple but when I actually went through them, I found myself confused about what certain software features meant for my workflow. Compared to other services where everything is more explicit, this was disappointing. For example, the usage of 'database feature' seemed to imply one thing, yet navigating it felt like entirely something else. The dialer was supposed to be integrated neatly according to the sales brochure, but it functioned clumsily in reality. I had imagined a smooth onboarding process with clear naming conventions and easy navigation but it wasn’t the case. The support scripts themselves were not consistent with what was promised in the sales pitch either. Overall, my pre-purchase impression left me dissatisfied because the writing and labels did not match the expectations set by the marketing material, causing needless confusion.
