Sign-up process worked well but pre-purchase clarity was missing
When I first reached out to WFHI, the sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly without any technical hitches. The payment system was straightforward, and I received clear invoices on time, which helped in planning. However, during the pre-purchase phase, I found the information about what exactly the software offered a bit vague. It took several conversations and calls before I fully understood how the calling tools and database features operated day-to-day. While the sales team was polite, the lack of detailed demos or trial options limited my confidence in making the choice quickly. Eventually, the software matched many of the functionalities I had hoped for, but initially, I felt uncertain because the promotional material seemed general rather than specific. In summary, the sale and post-sale processes had their ups and downs. The sign-up was efficient and well-managed, but the pre-purchase explanations didn’t fully prepare me to know if the software was exactly what I needed. More in-depth previews would have made a difference.
