Sign-up process was smooth but training order disappointing

I had a generally bad experience because the onboarding steps felt out of sequence. First, I appreciated how easy and quick the sign-up process was, with invoices sent promptly after payment. However, once I moved to the training, things became confusing. The modules jumped around without a clear progression—some advanced topics appeared before the basics were properly covered. This disjointed flow made it harder to understand how to use the calling tools and database features effectively at the start. I tried reaching out to telephonic support and found them helpful when they answered quickly. But the main frustration was not with the support or sign-up but with the lack of a clear, sensible training order. It felt like I was often waiting or repeating steps to grasp the software functions. This disorganization slowed down my ability to set up workflows properly. If the steps had been structured better, the overall experience might have been more positive. Unfortunately, the mismatch on training organization soured the start even though other parts went well.
