sign-up process was okay but support was totally off
I signed up hoping this software would make remote workflows smooth but it just didnt match what I thought it would. The sign-up went fine without any hassle, but after that support was just not helpful at all. When I tried to get clarifications about the calling tools and database integration it felt like the people on phone didnt have the answers or just didnt care to help. Training sessions felt too generic and didnt cover the practical questions I had. Also the software updates didnt seem to fix issues I was having. All in all, the sign-up was the only thing that went okay, the rest left me frustrated and doubting if I should keep using it or not. Hoping for better experience going forward but not hopeful.
