The sign-up process wasn't complicated but it did feel more drawn-out, especially with the invoicing and payment steps. The training offered seemed standard enough, but honestly, I didn't spend much time on it because the basics felt straightforward compared to what I'd seen in other tools. The dialer and calling tools were quite decent, though I noticed a slight delay sometimes which was not ideal. The database management was okay but didn't have some of the advanced features I was used to. In terms of support, getting through on the phone was sometimes slow, which was frustrating. Automatic updates ran smoothly without causing major issues, which is definitely a plus. Overall, the platform works, but setup and support responsiveness needs improvement. Compared to previous software, this one just took more time to reach a point where I was comfortable using it.
