Signing up and starting to use the WFHI software took some effort, but it was definitely manageable. Lekin, once that hurdle crossed, training materials and the setup steps showed clear paths to get the dialer and database functions running. I appreciated the automatic updates that made sure I didn't have to deal with manually patching anything, so time saved there for sure. Telephonic support was reachable, par kabhi kabhi response thoda slow tha, jo thodi ak-kad si thi. Overall, agar aap thoda dhairya rakhte ho aur system ko samajhne ki koshish karte ho, then you’ll be up and running within a week or so. Payment processes weren’t perfect, but they did work, so I’d say the effort involved was reasonable for the capabilities you get. I'll continue exploring because the software looks promising for my kind of remote workflow.
