Sign-up information availability was quite poor

Sign-up information availability was quite poor

I found the sales and pre-purchase information very difficult to navigate. Right from the start, I couldn’t easily find detailed descriptions of the features within the software and training packages. The website was cluttered with jargon and not many clear paths for answering specific pre-purchase questions I had in mind. The sign-up process itself was confusing since it didn’t clearly show the various plans or explain the invoicing method upfront. I wasted a good amount of time searching through FAQs and reaching out to telephonic support, which unfortunately had very limited hours relative to my working schedule. The training modules overview was buried under multiple menu layers, making it hard to decide if their offering suited my needs. I expected a streamlined flow during onboarding details, but instead faced a jumble of different links and unclear calls to action. I did manage to complete the signup process technically, but it did not feel straightforward or well thought out for first-timers. I’m left wishing their sales process included a clearer outline and more responsive assistance at the right moments to help users navigate everything more confidently. This part of the experience felt the weakest despite some helpful agents once I got through.
