Sign-up flow was mostly logical but a step felt out of place
When I first went through the sales and pre-purchase process, I found the steps generally sensible and well structured. Signing up was clear and straightforward, with the invoicing step coming right after which made sense to me. The documentation provided before purchase helped me assess what features would be accessible, and the introductory training followed in a timely manner after payment. However, my small reservation is that the database integration tutorial felt a little late in the schedule. I would have preferred to get an outline of that earlier since it forms the core of how I intended to use the calling tools and dialer effectively. Still, the telephonic support was easy to contact if I had doubts during the wait. Automatic updates seemed to roll out smoothly without needing my input. Overall, the process was balanced and reasonably ordered, but that one step could have been arranged better for smoother onboarding.
