Sign-up complexity is worse than what I was used to before
Compared to other remote work software I've used, WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The onboarding steps weren't as clear or user-friendly as I expected, and the training flow seemed less intuitive. I struggled more with the dialer setup and understanding the database integration compared to my prior experiences. It felt like there was too much information at once without concise guidance. Also, automatic updates sometimes caused unexpected changes that disrupted my workflow. Overall, this contrasted highly with my previous smoother interactions in similar tools, making me less confident about continuing. The sign-up and invoicing were clear, but the overall learning curve was steeper than I anticipated. This was the biggest issue that stood out to me when comparing WFHI with competitors, making me reconsider if it suited my needs.
