sign-up and invoicing process went surprisingly smooth
I was kinda nervous at first about how complicated the sign-up would be but it was actually super easy. The invoices came on time and everything was clear, which was nice because I've dealt with systems where halfway through you have to figure out the payment options yourself. The one thing I had to work out on my own was linking the software to my existing calling setup which took some trial and error, but that’s normal for any software I think. Overall the sales and pre-purchase helped enough but the self-service parts definitely kept me on my toes a bit during the process.
