Ye thoda surprising tha, matlab mujhe laga nahi tha ki mera kaam zyada der tak karega to support milega. Par actual mein, unka telephonic support hours mere actual kaam ke din aur waqt se match karta tha, jo kaafi helpful raha. Lekin, mujhe lagta hai ki agar mein thoda pehle hi jaan leti toh planning easy hoti abhi thodi dikkat hui thi.
