Mujhe lagta tha main software aur uski training ko lekar confident ho jaunga, par final tak toh confusion hi raha. Sales team ne bahut bataya ki sab simple hoga, par jab sign up kar raha tha, process thoda confusing laga mujhe. Phone pe support bhi waise helpful nahi tha jitna expect kiya tha, matlab main samajh raha tha process ko but jo details chahiye thi woh clear nahi mil rahi thi. Training parts mein bhi kuch cheezein sahi thi, lekin database feature ko samajhna thoda mushkil tha mere liye. Overall jo confidence chahiye tha, woh nahi aaya, aur yehi wajah hai ki main abhi ke liye dobara try karne se hesitate kar raha hoon.
