Several attempts just to understand the signs and labels
The process of selecting the right package felt unnecessarily complicated. Labels on the website and in the sign-up flow were not always clear, making it hard to decide which features were included in each tier. Some options seemed similar but had subtle differences that weren’t explained well. It took multiple calls to telephonic support trying to clarify these terms, though even then, answers were sometimes vague or inconsistent. The invoices matched what I paid but did not provide an easy way to see a breakdown of charges at a glance. Despite going through the training, some of the software modules felt confusing, possibly because of the unclear naming. This made the initial period quite frustrating and time-consuming. The onboarding seemed designed to be straightforward, but the language used in communication was technical and sometimes contradictory. It was clear that the automatic updates worked silently in the background but the impact wasn’t ever clearly communicated or explained during this sales-to-onboarding stage. The entire exercise of understanding what was being purchased and how it worked required a lot of patience and extra effort on my part, which I did not expect going in.
