Setup worked well, but ongoing database tweaks could improve
From the start, signing up with WFHI was straightforward and the invoicing process was clear, which I appreciated. Setting up the calling tools and dialer was mostly a one-off job; once everything was configured during onboarding, I didn’t have to revisit those parts often. The automatic updates also helped keep functionality consistent without requiring my input regularly, which took a lot of pressure off ongoing maintenance. However, the database feature needed more frequent attention than I expected. Adjusting and cleaning up entries to fit my evolving workflow was more of an ongoing task. While the initial setup felt thorough, the ongoing management of data meant some extra work that wasn’t entirely predictable at first. Still, overall, I felt the balance between one-time setup and continuous use was reasonable. My only reservation would be that if your work involves a very dynamic data environment, you might want to factor in more regular database upkeep than is obvious at sign-up.
