Setup worked but ongoing adjustments needed
The initial setup process was fairly straightforward and the step-by-step guidance helped me get the dialer and database configured to suit my workflow. The onboarding materials and training gave me a decent foundation, so the early stages didn’t feel too complicated. However, I found that fine-tuning the ongoing settings required a lot of trial and error as I settled into regular use. The automatic updates sometimes changed aspects of the interface unexpectedly, meaning I had to relearn certain features or seek support assistance more often than anticipated. On the plus side, telephonic support was available whenever I called, although the wait times varied. Overall, the setup did get me going and allowed me to manage my remote workflows adequately, but I anticipated needing occasional adjustments and learning further nuances during continuous use. The software met its purpose but left room for smoother ongoing adaptation.
