Setup wasn’t just one-time; ongoing steps felt surprising
I was prepared to do a major setup when signing up, expecting most of the adjustments to be a one-off process. At the start, setting up the database and configuring the calling tools took a fair amount of time, which was okay because it was necessary. But what I hadn’t fully realized was that I would need to revisit these settings frequently—not just initially, but as part of ongoing work. Automatic updates sometimes changed features, prompting me to adapt my workflow now and then. Support was available, which helped to some degree, but these recurring adjustments made the experience a bit more hands-on than I initially imagined. Still, the process is manageable and the system pretty stable over time once settled. So, while the setup included unexpected recurring steps, it wasn’t overwhelming, just a bit more involved than expected.
