Setup wasn’t as ongoing as I’d thought it might be
When I first started the training and onboarding, I expected it to be a bit of an ongoing challenge to keep adapting. But honestly, most of the setup felt like one-off tasks that once completed didn’t need frequent revisiting. The initial onboarding took some detailed time, especially to understand the software and dialer tools, but after that, things settled significantly. The training helped me feel familiar with the product, so I am not expecting to need much more setup help very soon. Of course, some updates come automatically without needing input, which is nice because I don’t have to keep fixing things. In everyday use, the database feature runs smoothly, and the calling tools behave predictably, meaning I can just carry on. If I had to explain it to a friend, I’d say the bulk of effort is upfront with less hassle later on.
