Setup wasn’t a continuous help; felt like a one-time push
Looking back on my experience, the support felt mostly like a one-off affair rather than ongoing. During the initial weeks, there were a few scheduled calls and a predictable onboarding routine that walked me through signing up, the invoice system, and how to use the calling dialer. After that, though, it felt like I was left to manage on my own. The telephonic support was responsive but only really active early on when there was urgency. After I got past the initial phase, I realized the database feature integration and automatic updates didn't come with the kind of continuous follow-up or personalized support I might have expected. That meant that when new questions or challenges came up, it took a fair amount of effort to get answers rather than having someone checking in proactively. The whole setup felt heavy on upfront tasks and light on long-term assistance, so I've had to rely mostly on trial and error since then. Honestly, I’d describe it to a friend as a decent start that doesn’t quite turn into sustained guidance. It’s functional if you’re self-driven but maybe not if you want ongoing handholding.
