setup was tedious but ongoing issues made it worse
So, I tried to get through the setup but honestly it felt like a hassle from the start. Initial things like signing up and getting access felt like one-off things you finish and then expect smooth running. But no, everyday there were ongoing problems with the software itself. Like the dialer wouldn't connect properly most of the time and I had to keep restarting or waiting forever. Also the training part didn't really help me fix those issues. Database felt clunky and there was no really clear guide to sort it fast. The invoicing was okay but then waiting on payments or support calls was frustrating too because there was always some back and forth. In sum, while some parts were one-time deals, the ongoing glitches and slow response made me feel stuck and annoyed throughout. Honestly not what I was hoping for from a tool like this.
