Setup was tedious but at least the invoice system stood out
The billing and payment setup for using this software had its ups and downs. While signing up and entering payment info felt like more of a one-off task, I noticed that the recurring invoicing and payment reminders were well automated and consistent. This ongoing billing system made it easier for me to keep track without manually checking payments every month. On the flip side, the initial configuration was clunky and took more time than I expected, especially since some settings didn’t stick the first time I entered them. It felt like too much trial and error when it should have been straightforward. Still, the invoice feature did stand out positively since it was well formatted and easy to archive for my records. I would say the one-time setup was annoying but once done, the continuous billing workflow works smoothly.
