Setup was surprisingly smooth but ongoing access issues frustrated me
Getting started with the software itself was actually quite smooth; signing up and moving through the onboarding steps was straightforward and the initial training helped me understand the core functions. I could quickly access the calling tools and dialer, as well as the database feature, and begin to explore the workflow arrangements. What went badly was the ongoing experience with access. Nearly every day after setup, I faced intermittent login issues that disrupted my work rhythm, making the process frustrating and unreliable. The automatic updates sometimes seemed to trigger these problems, though I never got a clear explanation. Calling support to solve these recurring access troubles was difficult; waiting on hold and receiving inconsistent answers added to my annoyance. While the initial setup phase went well, the continuous disruptions badly affected how much I could rely on the software day-to-day. If the ongoing access had been as dependable as the start suggested, I’d have felt much more confident sticking with the service long-term. Unfortunately, this access instability overshadowed the promise that the early setup gave.
