Setup was straightforward but ongoing support took me by surprise
I expected the initial setup to be the most challenging part, and that was true to an extent. The onboarding training was fairly standard and the software interface guided me through signing up and managing the database fairly well. However, I hadn't anticipated how much ongoing support I would require after setup. Telephonic assistance was necessary more than I thought it would be to handle updates and troubleshoot dialer issues. The support team was responsive, which helped. The automatic updates introduced some useful improvements but also caused occasional confusion that required extra help. Payment processing and invoicing matched my expectations and went smoothly with no surprises. In summary, while setup was as I expected, I found the regular support I needed was higher than anticipated, though overall manageable.
