Setup was straightforward but ongoing access often problematic
I expected that once the WFHI software was installed and initially configured, access would be straightforward each day without repeated hurdles. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The initial setup was a one-time event as anticipated, including account creation and downloading the necessary software. However, ongoing access to the platform often requires multiple attempts and sometimes clearing the cache or passwords to gain entry. This has slowed down my daily workflow significantly. While once logged in, the tools function adequately without interruption, the recurring login issues consume more time than anticipated. The support documentation addresses setup well but provides minimal guidance on these persistent access problems. I find the inconsistent availability of the software frustrating given the nature of the work dependent on continuous access to these remote workflow tools. Overall, while setup went as planned, the daily access struggles fall short of my expectations and impact my efficiency.
