Setup was partly what I expected
Going into the training and onboarding, I was expecting most of the setup to be a one-time task, with minimal ongoing work to keep things running smoothly. What I found was a bit more complex. The initial training sessions did a good job explaining the core features, and signing up was straightforward. However, I realized that maintaining access to the software and database required more frequent checks and updates than I had anticipated. The automatic updates helped reduce some of this burden, but occasional delays in those updates did cause minor interruptions. Telephonic support was helpful but not always immediately available, which affected how quickly I could resolve issues. Payment and invoicing were consistent and clear, aligning well with my expectations. So while some aspects of the process were just as I had hoped, such as the initial setup and billing, the ongoing maintenance and support needs were somewhat higher than expected. Overall, the experience was balanced—neither highly frustrating nor completely seamless. It met my main needs but with a bit more effort than I initially thought it might require.
