Setup was partly quick, then ongoing work to learn
I would explain it to a friend like this: Starting out with the software, I found the initial setup mostly one-off, like signing up, configuring the dialer, and linking the database to my workflow. That part went fairly smoothly and felt like a distinct phase. The training sessions gave me a solid overview of how to use the calling tools and manage the software day to day. But after that, I realized there was ongoing learning required to fully utilize features like automatic updates and master the nuances of the database features. So while the main setup steps were done up front, continuing to get the most out of the platform took time. Also, invoicing and payment were fairly standard and happened as expected. Overall, the experience combined a quick start with an ongoing process to really get comfortable, which isn’t unusual but worth knowing before you dive in.
