Setup was partly one-off with some ongoing tweaks
When I first started with WFHI, the initial setup took a bit of time because it involved configuring the database and dialer, which was quite detailed. I appreciated that the training sessions covered these aspects adequately, so the initial one-off setup was manageable. However, as I used the calling tools over the weeks, I found myself adjusting some features regularly, especially with updates that changed dialing settings subtly. The telephonic support was helpful when I hit these ongoing needs, although it felt like these tasks weren't fully one-time but rather continuous maintenance. This mix of one-off setup followed by ongoing minor adjustments made me realize this product requires some sustained involvement rather than a complete set-it-and-forget-it approach. On average, that balance worked for me, but it might be something new users should keep in mind when starting out with WFHI.
