When I signed up, I wasn’t sure how much would be one-off work and how much would need ongoing effort. The initial onboarding and setup took some time but it was mostly straightforward, just like I expected from the description. The database integration required some manual steps, but after that, the day-to-day use was quite automated. Updates happen automatically, so I didn’t need to worry much about software maintenance. The dialer worked well during testing, and calls could be managed smoothly for the week. Though there were a few things to figure out initially, I feel the ongoing workflow will be manageable. It’s not like the tool demands constant support or repeated setups. From what I planned to get versus what actually came through, the experience met my expectations without surprises. Overall, a steady introduction to a working remote workflow solution.
