Setup was mostly smooth but lacked a simple overview
The software setup from WorkFromHomeIndia was generally straightforward but I noticed that while most configurations were one-off, some aspects felt like they required continuous tweaking. The onboarding process was efficient enough, and once my database was uploaded, the dialer and calling tools integrated well into my workflow. However, I found the initial setup lacked a simple, consolidated overview of what to expect later in terms of ongoing maintenance. Automatic updates worked seamlessly without disruption, which was reassuring. Accessing telephonic support was mostly smooth and helpful, especially during the first few days when I needed to clarify billing questions. The invoicing system was clear, and payment methods were as expected. Overall, the balance between one-off setup tasks and ongoing adjustments was better than I expected but a better initial map of this would help newcomers know what’s ahead. Still, it’s a robust system once settled in.
