Setup was mostly one-time, worth doing again if needed
When I first signed up, I figured there would be quite a bit of ongoing setup to keep things running smoothly. But it turned out that most of the initial configuration was a one-off process. After completing onboarding and some early training, I found that the database and dialer configurations were stable and required minimal adjustments. Of course, automatic updates rolled out occasionally to enhance features, but those went in without interrupting my work. The invoicing and payment parts needed some attention initially but settled down as well. Given the overall experience, if I had to go through this again for a similar remote workflow setup, I would do it. It wasn’t overly complicated or time-consuming in the long run. The procedure felt well balanced between upfront effort and ease of ongoing use. So while I wouldn’t rush, it’s definitely something I’d recommend considering again under similar circumstances.
