Setup Was Mostly One-Time, Worth Doing Again Despite One Small Worry
Before purchasing, I looked closely at what parts of WFHI’s service would require ongoing effort versus one-off setup. The initial configuration and onboarding, including learning the software and setting up the database, took up most of my time initially. After that, daily use relied more on the calling tools and updates that happened automatically, which was convenient. One thing I did notice was that some customizations could require further tweaks later on, so a degree of ongoing attention is necessary. The billing and sign-up process were straightforward but left me wondering if future changes would require more manual reconfiguration. Despite this small reservation, I found the overall process manageable and valuable enough that I would consider going through it again if needed. So yes, the balance of initial setup and ongoing operation felt about right, making me willing to repeat the experience if I must.
