Setup was mostly one-time, with some ongoing bits
The training and onboarding process with WFHI was quite balanced in terms of one-off steps versus ongoing activities. Most of the initial setup was a one-time effort, such as signing up, understanding the software basics, and starting to use the dialer and database features. From that point onward, the routine involved using those tools daily with occasional updates delivered automatically. While the majority of the training was completed upfront, some elements require ongoing attention, especially to keep up with software updates and to make the most of new features. Telephonic support was available and seemed prioritized in case I needed help on specific matters, although I didn’t find it necessary to call frequently. The invoicing and payment process ran smoothly without any hitches, which was good for peace of mind. Overall, I find the setup process quite manageable and the ongoing maintenance not overly demanding. I would say it is a straightforward experience with mostly one-off effort paired with regular use, which fits well with typical remote work patterns.
